How long are my tickets/vouchers valid for?

Your tickets or vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase. 

How do I redeem my gift voucher?

For a vineyard or winery tour, please contact us on 01743 298444 or by email on reception@hencote.com i order to confirm the date and time of your chosen tour providing your booking reference number.

For a meal at the View, please bring your voucher with you and we will offset the amount against your bill.  

When should I arrive for my tour?

Please aim to arrive at the View Restaurant at Hencote at least fifteen minutes prior to your tour start time. We will wait where possible for your arrival but we do appreciate it if you can call us to inform us of any later arrivals.

What clothing will I require for the tour?

Our vineyard tours depending on weather conditions will involve heading outside around the vineyard and where possible into the Winery, we therefore recommend that weather appropriate clothing and footware is worn by our guests for the best experience.  

Are children allowed on the tour?

Children are permitted to join the tour for just £5. Each child will receive a juice tasting and activity booklet.. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed to participate in the wine tasting.

Are dogs allowed on the tour?

Regretably as our tours take place in working environments no dogs are allowed on the tour. 

Does the vineyard have disabled access?

 Our vineyard has disabled access to the Winery and the wine tasting room, and we are happy to provide those who need assistance with as much as is possible. We are, however, a working vineyard site and therefore have some uneven ground around the site and the main site is accessed via steep banks. We do have one area at the top of the vineyard which is accessible as long as the chair's tyres are suitable for uneven ground. Please let us know if that you require any assistance when booking a tour experience.
